Cannot connect to VPN from home network

Issue Description

The user reports that the VPN client (StackVPN v3.2) fails to connect on their home network. Error shown: "Connection timeout". The user can connect from office network without issue. Tried restarting the client and PC. Needs priority investigation — remote work blocked.
